Preservation of Tibetan Culture and Language (POTCAL) is an NGO established in 2024, dedicated to supporting Tibetan development and preserving Tibetan culture and language. We collect and disseminate information related to Tibetan culture and language, sharing it with the world to foster a deeper understanding of Tibet and the Tibetan people.

The founders of this website are Yanwei Xu and Feng Wu from Sichuan, China, both of whom are passionate advocates and supporters of Tibetan cultural and language preservation. We firmly support the Tibetan people’s pursuit of national justice and are committed to promoting a comprehensive and lasting resolution to Tibetan issues through the dissemination of information related to the preservation of Tibetan culture and language.

We actively seek to connect with individuals and organiztions who share our vision, participate in and organize various activities, and promote the growth of our mission together.
